Serious paper jam problem
I have decided to throw this printer into the rubbish bin. I refuse to spend $100 plus to fix a paper jam because of this poorly design Epson ET 2720 printer. As you know paper jams are a common problem with printers and to have a printer that is completely sealed all around is stupid. If you cannot easily access the inside of the printer it's a major problem. I will NEVER buy an Epson printer again. A complete waste of money. I have informed Epson that I will be putting my comments on a product review site to bring this problem to the attention of other buyers. The advise Epson provided has not resolved this problem because the printer needs to be taken to a service centre so they can dismantle the printer to remove the torn piece of paper that is the size of a finger nail.

Epson ET-2720 Review
The product is stable yet not really robust but has done its job quite well. Be aware that it took me while to work out that my yellow ink container was not working and this may well happen to you with any of the colours. After completing a head clean and print test with no change, I was advised by the store to complete a Power Cleaning cycle, which I did via the printer and not computer, this process worked well and the colour was considerably better following, as your would expect.

The setup took a while. Other than that very happy with this printer, printing is crisp and just does everything like it should.

A good size for a small office
Great to have large ink tanks which is more cost effective. Small size is good although materials feel a little flimsy
