Printers supplied through Epson Australia and New Zealand include a comprehensive 1 year on-site warranty that covers parts and labour on all non-consumable components (including the printheads) for product. CoverPlus enables on-site parts and labour service to be extended. One or more CoverPlus packs can be ordered with the printer or separately up to 365 days from the initial date of purchase to enable cover for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 year periods (total cover cannot exceed years).
Service and support is provided in conjunction with the Authorised Large Format Reseller through which the product is ordered. Regional locations and certain installation situations may attract additional charges. Service may be restricted or limited when equipment is used outside of specification and/or with non-Epson consumables.
