Epson UltraChrome DG Ink – Yellow 1.5L
Epson DG Ink supports imaging on the widest range of fabrics. CYMK variants impregnate well while suffering minimal bleed. They feature a wide Gamut and high dMax for output with superior colour and image intensity. After printing the ink must be fixed in a heat press. Once fixed it produces a finish with a low tack feel which is tough and durable, with good UV/Wash resistance. All feature a formulation that is Diethylene Glycol-free for safe operation in a variety of environments without the need for special handling or ventilation. This variant ship in 1.5L pouches for printers that incorporate a compatible bulk ink system.
Epson DG ink meets the requirements of the GOTS ECOCERT standard. When applied to fabric it also meets the Oeko-Tex ECO PASSPORT Standard for human ecological requirements of Class 1 garments worn by adults, children, and babies up to 36 months. Both standards specifies testing criteria for the presence of harmful substances within a textile product with all copyright belonging to the respective provider.
Epson has recently changed the order code for this SKU. User manuals, technical guides and some brochures may still refer to the original which had a 0 in place of N as the last digit. The code change was due to a packaging and manufacturing issue. Customers should expect similar performance from the replacement.
Ink should be used before the date specified on the packaging and once opened it should consumed within one year. For optimum results it is recommended that ink pouches be removed from the ink supply system daily and shaken vigorously before reinsertion (refer to your printer user guide for details). To ensure reliable operation, Epson DTG printers undertake continuous self-cleaning & ink recycling. While printers can be switched off for periods of time, if equipment is not expected to be used for more than a week then it is recommended to leave the printer on. If the printer is about to be moved or not expected to be used for a period of several weeks then it is recommended that the extended shutdown process be performed; owners are recommended to refer to their user guide and/or contact Epson for details. Failure to follow these instructions is likely to result in poor print quality and/or damage to the printer that voids Warranty and CoverPlus terms.
