Rated 4 out of 5 by from It broke down but ... I like the Epson brand and love the features of this product. Something went wrong with the printer and I was given a no cost upgrade replacement. I'll give it another go and hopefully everything will work well for a few years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Started off alright The print quality is poor. Colour printing turns the paper sopping wet. Red colour is somehow blocked now. Now the printer doesn't work - it "has an error" and tiny information window (so very tiny that it is hard to distinguish the symbols) says to "Contact support" - whatever that means.
