Cleaning Sheet

The cleaning sheet is used to clean the cloth in the printer paper loading slot.
See the printer manual for information on when and how to use the cleaning sheet. Always use a new cleaning sheet. Reusing a cleaning sheet may actually increase the amount of dirt/dust on the target area cloth. Do not feed the cleaning sheet like you would paper to print, doing so may jam the printer.

DS Cap Cleaning Kit

In addition to normal printer maintenance (see C13S210042 & C13S210038) it is recommended that the print head caps on Epson Dye Sublimation printers be cleaned regularly. This ensures optimal print quality and reliable mechanical operation.
The cleaning frequency depends on the workload and operational environment; 1-2 times a month for low print volumes &/or clean office environments, once a week for high volumes &/or clean industrial environments, daily for maximum production &/or dusty environments.
The kit includes a bottle of cleaning liquid (150ml), 50 large cleaning sticks, 25 small cleaning sticks, 2 droppers and set pairs of gloves.

The F2000 has been designed to provide superior imaging quality with simple operation and easy maintenance. It features automatic self-cleaning of the print head and ink lines.
This kit has been designed for customers who wish to reduce the ink wastage associated with automatic line cleaning. It requires the loading of new firmware and implementation of a manual cleaning process using the items included in this kit. The kit consists of two Droppers, a plastic cup, three 150ml bottles of Tube Cleaning Liquid, ten wipes and ten sets of plastic gloves.
IMPORTANT: The manual cleaning process must be undertaken DAILY per the instructions included in the kit. It must be done in ADDITION to the normal periodic maintenance using the standard kit (C13T736200) and care must be taken not to confuse the cleaning fluids in each kit. Incorrect use of the two fluids can CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE PRINTER and void warranty.
