Q: I'm unable to update the firmware on my product in order to print using AirPrint. What should I do?A: Make sure there is not an error on the product's control panel and that there is no memory card inserted in the product. If there is an error message, see the User's Guide for your product to resolve it.

Q: Sometimes a blank page prints when I print a multiple page document from Microsoft Word. What should I do?A: Convert the Microsoft Word document to a .pdf file, then print it from Adobe Reader. Epson is working on a solution for this issue.
