Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that great It is a printer, it prints things. That's the use for a printer and that's what it is, a printer. You have to run the installer every second day because it doesn't remember who it is. But its a printer, i guess you don't pay for it to think for itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The printer has the features I require. I haven't had a chance to use all the features yet, as I have only just purchased the product. The cost of replacing ink cartridges is appalling plus the length of time and the amount of pages you can print is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but updates not capturing correct operating system This printer works very well and I am happy that the ink is lasting so long; however, a recent update didn't recognise that I have now upgraded my computer to Windows 11. After the tech support person tried reinstalling three times, we finally discovered it thought I was still on Windows 10. Manually getting the Windows 11 driver solved the problem.
