Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product has good features bar 1 I would recommend this product to anyone. The only fault with this printer is that you can't print on cd/dvd's from your laptop. Not that I have noticed anyway. Other than that, the photo printing is excellent. Very crisp colouring.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Temperamental and frustrating Many reinstalls now as unit will print pdf. docs one day and not the next. Am giving printer one last try before I throw it over the balcony as I have still not heard from tech team for assistance with pdf. printing.
